Alignment is still mostly one person. It is the organization now being formed around the teaching work, a future course product, and smaller technical projects that may eventually become a proper lab.

The most immediate work is turning the current teaching into a course product at kolibri.alignment.id. Alongside it: smaller technical projects involving AI tools, evaluations, datasets, experiments, and technical writing.
